Willmeng Construction, Inc., in business since 1977, has been built on relationships. We have maintained these relationships through the Valley's busy and slow times; and our prevailing goal - to take care of our clients- has kept us successful.

Our team takes the hassle out of the construction process for all parties involved. We understand each project is uniquely different which requires knowledge and input from everyone. From design to completion we actively keep the owner, architect, broker and tenant involved. We handle all aspects of the design, design-review, and competitive bidding process. We prefer to manage the entire project. This allows us to perform value engineering through the design phase and competitively bid a select group of subcontractors with whom we have worked in the past.

The Willmeng team believes in keeping our company at a manageable size, providing a competitive bid, and completing projects on time and within budget. We provide quality projects suited to our clients' needs. We know our clients are the key to our success.
