BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY & MANAGEMENT METHOD

Willmeng Construction, Inc., in business since 1977, is built on relationships. We have maintained these relationships through the Valley’s boom and bust times; and our prevailing goal–”to take care of our clients” has kept us successful.

Our management method takes the hassle out of the construction process for the owners. Each of our projects is uniquely different and require knowledge and input from all parties. From design to completion we believe in the “team approach” to our projects. We actively keep the owner and architect involved. We can handle all aspects of the design, design-review, and competitive bid process. We enjoy the challenge of managing the entire project, from pre-construction through warranty completion. This allows us to perform value engineering through the design phase and competitively bid a select group of subcontractors with whom we have worked in the past.

The Willmeng team believes by keeping the company at a manageable size, providing a competitive bid, and completing projects on time and within budget we can provide a quality project suited to our clients’ needs.

Our hands-on approach and flexibility was acknowledged when we were awarded The American Subcontractor’s Association General Contractor of the Year in both 1993 and 2003.
