Setting the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price):
- The GMP will be established at the point of construction document completion or by team consensus. Establishing the GMP at document completion offers the lowest Sufficient cost to cover conditions arising from regulatory review.
- Contingency allowance will be developed from historical data, market conditions, and project team recommendation.
