Subcontractors:
- Willmeng prides itself on the subcontractor base is has built over the last 30 years. Our subcontractor database is continually evaluated and critiqued on performance. We only invite proven performers to partner with Willmeng on negotiated projects. The selection process for each job is rigorous and detailed.
- Must have a contractor license number
- Supply general liability and worker’s compensation insurance
- Provide average annual work volume
- A list of at least three references from comparable projects
- Staff availability for projects

- Comply with OSHA requirements, all federal and state laws, and city and county ordinances.
