Willmeng Construction completed a full-scale remodel of an active 24-hour 228,000sf Wal-Mart Supercenter in Casa Grande, AZ. The work included a complete renovation of all office areas, support areas, the main sales floor, a new pharmacy, a completely remodeled auto service center, a remodeled garden center and a complete exterior facelift. Due to the nature of the store, it was necessary for all work to be completed at night. Additionally, we were able to complete the project within the very aggressive schedule of nine weeks. Communication, planning, and our ability to adapt to the project conditions were key components in successfully completing this project.
