Chief Performance Officer / Chief Financial Officer
Jessica Zygmont grew up in Bay City, Mich., and earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Western International University. At a young age, thoroughly enjoying an accounting position only further confirmed how natural a fit finance was for her, and she began to climb through the ranks.
She joined Willmeng as Chief Performance Officer/Chief Financial Officer where she focuses on the key business drivers and information flows that help predict business performance quickly and consistently. She leads Willmeng’s overall financial performance, risk management, and improves organizational processes while maximizing staff development.
With an extensive background in operations and finance acquired within the construction industry, Jessica manages organizational processes, systems integration, and training to further develop employees. She has considerable drive and enthusiasm for the position and will contribute her knowledge and experience in support of continued growth.
Jessica’s vision has resulted in designing reporting systems which influence outcomes through detailed insights, moving away from more traditional forms of cost and revenue style internal reporting into more of a ‘business driver’ based reporting approach.
Jessica’s passion is driven by internal dynamics of a growing and dedicated team. With a strong desire to continuously position Willmeng for continued growth through organizational processes, furthering business procedures, and developing a growing staff with a very customized approach, Jessica works as a member of the executive team to support their leadership and strategic initiatives. Leveraging a strong background in operations and finance, Jessica helps implement solutions across multiple departments.
“Willmeng has a unique vision in integrating performance across all departments to achieve optimal people, financial and organizational health,” Jessica said. “I am honored to lead this effort with a team of dedicated employees to achieve continued success as one of Arizona’s most respected contracting companies.”
She is a member of NAIOP Arizona, Arizona Builders Alliance, the Construction Financial Management Association, and serves on the Arizona Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee.
