Size: 50,000 SF
Project Description: Approximately 50,000 sf retail facility that houses a workforce development feature for prospective job seekers. Tenant improvement consisted of a new mechanical system to accommodate the change in use, new restroom core, fire alarm system, electrical system upgrades, grind and polish floors, drywall and framing, and new finishes throughout. A portion of the store was intended to be built as future use space so this provided a few challenges as far as infrastructure to meet future operational needs as well as meeting city requirements for egress, etc. The grand opening was a huge success for Goodwill with many customers lining up hours in advance of the ribbon cutting ceremony.
