The completion of this project is a momentous achievement for the City of Maricopa, as it is the first-ever fire administration building to be constructed in Maricopa.

The 16,000 SF City of Maricopa Fire-Medical Administration Building is adjacent to a public works fleet facility and storage yard. Sitting on approximately 6.3 acres, the admin portion of the site is around 12K SF with a 4K SF addition to the existing vehicle maintenance facility. The expansion included specific equipment to support fire truck maintenance. Site expansion allowed for access to adjacent city sites, including Fire Station No. 575.

The project is replete with the infrastructure, floor space, storage, technology, and environmental features to provide a reliable, efficient, safe, and secure facility that meets the current and future demands of the City. The utility infrastructure improvements include water, sewer, power, and communications. The site plan for the $5.3M Fire-Medical Administration Building is extremely compact to allow for expansion and other possible uses in the future.
