This tenant improvement project at Renaissance Square was for the law firm of Brown & Caldwell. The project included the expansion of the existing Class A offices, including connecting the interior stairwell. This fast-track project featured high-end finishes to match the existing space. The project included new workspaces and meeting rooms, as well as an upgraded and renovated kitchen and break room.
