Cambridge West

Cambridge West is a 65,000-SF Class A office project in Chandler, AZ. Construction commenced on the two-story, tilt project in August 2017 and completes in May 2018.

Key project features include a two-story atrium in the built-out lobby, steel balconies and awnings, and a brand new courtyard. Due to drainage requirements and limited surface area, Willmeng’s team also installed underground storm retention tanks and drywells.

Challenges were presented, but Willmeng overcame. The project started later than anticipated due to permitting, and Willmeng worked diligently to make up for chunks of time along the way to deliver the project on time.
