E-Commerce Distributor – Goodyear

A state-of-the-art sorting facility for a global retail company, Project Hustle will consist of 596,805 SF of warehouse space and 35,624 SF of office space on a 91-acre site in Goodyear, Arizona. Everything about this project is outsized: over 115,000 SY of truck drives and parking; asphalt parking for 1,456 automobiles; 151 tilt-up panels erected in seven weeks; over 23,000 LF of sewer, water, fire, and storm water piping; and over 1,336,000 SF of sidewalks, planters, and landscape fine grading. An on-site concrete batch plant is being used to supply the enormous amount of concrete being used on the project.
