Edkey Las Sendas Pathfinder Expansion

This occupied campus expansion included the addition of a new, 22,500 SF ground-up building. The addition includes new classrooms, a new kitchen, and a new multi-purpose room/gymnasium. The site work also included a new parking lot and landscaping, patio canopy, and a new playground. Willmeng provided preconstruction services that were vital in identifying cost-saving solutions and the project was put on an expedited timeline to ensure completion prior to the start of the next school year.
