Phoenix Country Day School – Arts and Science Renovation

The Arts and Science Renovation project for Phoenix Country Day School consisted of a 25,000-SF renovation to the existing premier private high school’s Arts and Science Center to modernize the facility and bring it to post-secondary standards. The programming for the facility included science laboratories; digital laboratories; art rooms; a sound studio; new faculty spaces; and fabrication shops for metal, wood and robotics. The building required sustainability upgrades, including new LED light fixtures and energy efficient mechanical systems. Willmeng expedited the occupied campus construction to be completed between spring break and the start of fall semester.
