The exterior architectural style is a “Tuscan” style which integrates with the Town of Queen Creek. The proposed “Tuscan” design emphasizes simple massing and detailing; incorporating full height stone veneer, stucco, decorative window treatment, exposed beams/corbels/columns, stone veneer concrete column bases with predominantly gable standing seam metal roof forms. This style was chosen for Station No. 5 due to its proximity to single family residential.
