This project was the 2015 Best of NAIOP Arizona Industrial Tenant Improvement of the Year. This TI for Stone Creek Furniture was divided into three different spaces. The display room comprised of 6,395 SF, the Warehouse/distribution area 30,731 SF, and the back office space occupied 6,936 SF. Combined, a total of 44,602 SF of tenant improvements were completed as part of this project.
