This project entailed the construction of a new pump fuel canopy structure, fuel distribution for same, installation of the above ground storage tanks, and construction-associated utility infrastructure and site work including paving, a retention basin, and a security berm. The project also entailed the construction of the metal fuel canopy addition, the demolition and extension of a concrete slab for same, installation of the refrigerated test fuel modular storage and dispensing building, and modifications to the existing refrigerated fuel storage building, as well as construction of the drum fuel containment area, concrete apron, and concrete curbing.
