202 West Logistics Center

A Willmeng-built project, 202 West Logistics Center consists of a large-scale warehouse and distribution center. This 554,331 SF tilt-up, Class A industrial space features a roof comprised of steel joists and a panelized wood structure. The blue-grey glass installed at the corners of the building can accommodate one tenant occupying the entire space or four tenants, each of them occupying a quarter of the space.
