ABOUT

The BLVD in Avondale is a 5.5-acre recreation development that catalyzes residential, retail, and office development to the 40-acre site. The project entails two signature entrance water features with development branding directly on Avondale Blvd., a one-acre lake, a koi pond, pedestrian bridges, and extensive hardscape/landscaping. 

The Avondale BLVD Water Features and Plaza required creative options analysis to maintain the project budget. The value-added items included a reduced lake depth, aeration system, future irrigation system, mechanical room modifications, alternative finish materials, and modifications to the water feature footprints to lessen the impact on the existing conditions along Avondale Blvd. These value-added strategies were developed in close collaboration with our trusted trade contractor partners.
