GlobalTranz

Home to more than 500 employees in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, GlobalTranz continues to track as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Arizona.  The logistics software giant, specializing in freight management services, recently relocated its corporate headquarters to the Riverwalk in Scottsdale.  The move brings all local operations for GlobalTranz under one roof.

Willmeng Construction led the tenant improvement project as the general contractor, combining two facilities into one modernized 70,347-SF space for GlobalTranz.  Developed by the Alter Group, GlobalTranz occupies roughly 50% of the RTech building, which is part of a $400 million mixed-use business park at the Riverwalk.  Some of the project highlights include vibrant colors, a unique building structure, and an open-concept workspace.
