This modern, 438,687 square foot facility was re-designed to become HelloFresh’s largest state-of-the-art cold storage fulfillment center. With a total of more than 300,000 square feet of combined freezer/cooler space, the project includes a 50,000 SF glycol under freezer-slab system; nearly 60,000 SF of office and associate support space; the Prologis extended joint slab; fully insulated overhead doors; insulated metal panel partitions; LED lighting; 7000 amp electrical service and other custom features.The site plan was reconfigured to provide nearly 1000 auto parking spaces to support up to 1200 jobs when fully operational.
