Henry Avocado

This avocado ripening facility, Henry Avocado, was a design-build tenant improvement industrial project intended for warehouse/ distribution use. The project included modifications to new and existing dock doors, eight twelve-foot forced air rooms to ripen avocados requiring specific temperatures, and other warehouse cooling improvements.
