Kyrene 202 Business Park

At the close of 2017, Willmeng completed construction on Phase II of Kyrene 202 Business Park, an EastGroup Properties development. Phase II consists of three concrete-tilt buildings, totaling 166,280 SF, which are located at 154, 158, and 170 South Kyrene Road in Chandler.

Additional amenities include sustainable design features, 24’ to 30’ clear-heights, abundant power, ESFR sprinklers, and high door-to-floor ratios. Butler Design Group was the architect of the building’s shell, and Evolution Design was the interior architect. The six-building park totals 410,000 SF.
