An excellent example of delivering on an aggressive schedule is Project Hustle, a 640,000 SF build-to-suit with an extremely aggressive schedule. Our detailed plan for this tilt-up concrete structure including locating a concrete batching plant on site, and utilizing “waste slabs” for casting the tilt panels. Our team proactively worked with the City of Goodyear for plan reviews and inspections, even deploying a full-time associate dedicated to managing the extensive coordination among municipal and utility stakeholders. A notable obstacle to on-time completion is working within the flight path of Luke Air Force Base, adding another layer of complex coordination to the project.
