Fair Renovation and Spec Suite

Located on the 8th floor of One Renaissance Tower in the heart of Phoenix’s central business district, the Fair Speculative Suite is a 17,315 SF Class-A office tenant improvement. One Renaissance Tower provides office and co-working space while promoting an innovative working environment and remained occupied during construction. The Fair Speculative Suite office improvements included an open-office floor plan, private offices, conference rooms, a break room, and a training room. To match the existing prominent exterior and design of the Renaissance Tower, the project included high-end finishes, custom millwork, and custom flooring.
