ABOUT

This project in the City of Suprise brings a new community pool with a park and fire station to the City’s residents. The scope includes site development, landscape, civil improvements, site lighting and utility services and off-sites, including water, sewer, the roadway widening of Cactus Road and Perryville Road, and the complete build-out of the intersection of Cactus and Perryville, including the installation of a new traffic signal. 

Fire station site amenities include public parking spaces, secured parking, four apparatus bays, a fitness room, a decontamination room, turn-out gear locker room, a SCBA room, a workshop, 2 EMS rooms, ten dorms, five restrooms, laundry, dining room with patios, day room, kitchen with pantry, fire fighters office, public lobby and restrooms, exam room, conference room, break and workstation area. 

The Community Pool includes a recreational pool with water features and slides, a 50-meter competitive pool with a diving area, shaded stadium seating for spectators, parking, restrooms, locker rooms, a concessions area, a training room, and an office. The park includes a playground, splash pad, and group ramada area with courts.
