This project includes the development of seven warehouse buildings in an 84.75-acre lot. Each building ranges in size from 80,000 sf to 310,000 sf in space. The site is located between north of Bethany Home Rd and Litchfield Rd in the City of Glendale. The scope includes the shell buildings and an on-site infrastructure for the facility.
