United Foods

This project involved transforming a basic shell industrial space into a modern food production and cold storage facility. One market sector that Phoenix was not seeing much activity in was food production and cold storage, so this facility was a welcome addition to our fast-growing region. The project focus was on the production area and included the installation of food production equipment platforms as well as large-scale coolers and freezers. Other interior work included the creation of a second floor in the facility for offices and meeting space. Other site improvements included new security fencing, new water meter and service, new sewer service, minor modifications to parking at employee entrance, new pavement, and curb modifications at the silo area on the south side of the building.
