NAIOP Arizona sets the standard as one of the biggest and most successful NAIOP Chapters over the last 15+ years. What an honor to receive Arizona Chapter of NAIOP’s General Contractor of the Year. We can’t help but be incredibly thankful for our clients, trade partners, architects, engineers, and the support we get from municipalities like SRP & APS that make this honor a reality for us.

NAIOP Arizona’s Best of NAIOP is a night where we have the opportunity to celebrate all the incredible work that our industry has produced over the last year. Recognition as the Tenant Improvement Contractor of the Year is a testament to our clients, brokers, trade partners. We couldn’t do this without you.
Sustainable Project of the Year
What an honor to receive the Sustainable Project of the Year at this year’s Best of NAIOP. ECO Mesa was an incredible project to see come together. From the solar panels on the roof to the water-vapor fireplace, every piece was intentionally crafted to create a state-of-the-art apartment complex. Habitat Metro and CCBG had a vision that we are so thankful they entrusted Willmeng with.
Industrial Tenant Improvement Project of the Year
What an amazing opportunity to have AMPlify Skyharbor recognized as the Industrial Tenant Improvement Project of the Year. Working with Phoenix Rising Investments and Evolution Design was an incredible process from start to finish. We are so thankful to see this project come to life.
Have you seen Banner Sports Medicine along the 101? This three-story medical office building was well deserving of Arizona NAIOP’s Medical Office Project of the Year at Best of NAIOP. HKS, the Banner team, and all of our partners on our project did an incredible job bringing this state-of-the-art facility to life.
