ASM is a leading supplier of semiconductor process equipment for wafer processing. Throughout Willmeng’s ongoing relationship with ASM, we have completed five renovation projects located at their local Clean Room Center in Phoenix. Such work has included removal and replacement of tools in Class 100 or higher areas.

Work also included coordination to accommodate 30,000 square feet of owner provided cooler/freezer installation. The largest local ice manufacturer desired to double their production capabilities. Work required occupied phase building expansion to minimize disruption to Ice King’s operations during construction. Willmeng facilitated the addition of two new ice machines and two new bagging lines. Work included complete replacement of the critical Reverse Osmosis equipment,

Complete renovation of the school’s secondary gymnasium. Work entailed installation of a fire sprinkler system bringing the facility up to fire code. 25,000-square-foot renovation of the existing premier Private High School’s Science and Art Center to modernize the facility and bring it to post-secondary standards. 10,000-square-foot renovation to add additional classrooms, music room and martial arts room. Work consisted of a full-scale tenant improvement in the downtown Phoenix mid-rise urban campus. This facility is a new 13,700-square-foot, four-bay fire and rescue station developed on 3.1 acres of land in southeast Gilbert.
