Thursday, August 20th the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP acknowledged the best in commercial real estate industry at the 2019 Best of NAIOP Awards. The NAIOP Awards celebrates improving companies, projects, new business and more inspirational categories. This annual award show prides themselves as rewarding recipients who have made an impact on the commercial real estate market in Arizona and is significant to the contributions to NAIOP.  

 Willmeng Construction’s very own, Tom Jarvis, hosted the Best of NAIOP Award Show and his acting and remarkable energy made the night one to remember. To watch the award show production, click here.

Despite the big change to this year’s awards presentation, there was certainly no change in the robust commercial real estate industry in 2019, the year in which the projects and work of individual brokers and honorees was selected.

The night of the NAIOP Awards, Willmeng hosted a watch party that was certified as health verified as they gathered in a small group at a social distance to tune in to the show. Willmeng was honored with being an award nominee in almost every category and being graced with winning awards in the following categories and projects.

Economic Impact Project of the Year – Northrop Grumman LVDHQ

Transaction of the Year – Northrop Grumman LVDHQ

Office Build-to-Suit Project of the Year  – Northrop Grumman LVDHQ

Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year – Northrop Grumman LVDHQ
